We had been anticipating it for weeks, and the experience did not disappoint – the StreetStudio@HipHop was spectacular.
The idea was simple – to have a public photo session, free and open for everyone and anyone. When we came across the HipHop club, we knew that it would be the perfect venue. One of the most popular local nightspots in Siem Reap, the Hiphop is a favourite haunt of the town’s most fashionable and stylish youths.
Although the studio we set up in front of the club was only temporary, it came complete with lights, backdrops and props – just like the real thing.
And soon, the crowd started to arrive – everyone wanted a photo of themselves.
Thanks to Canon, everyone could take home a souvenir photo of themselves, printed on the spot with the Canon Selphy printers.
