ជំនួយមូលនិធិប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយកម្ពុជា មានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ថវិកាដល់ ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយចំនួន៨ ដែលនិយាយ អំពីបញ្ហាសំខាន់ៗ ដែលប្រទេសនិងប្រជាជនរបស់ខ្លួនកំពុងប្រឈមមុខ។ គម្រោងដែលបានជ្រើសរើស នឹងទទួលបានថវិការហូតដល់ ១៥០០អឺរ៉ូ រួមជាមួយការផ្តល់ប្រឹក្សា ដោយក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយោបល់ របស់យើង ដែលផ្តល់ជំនាញនិងដំបូន្មានអាជីព។
The Cambodia Media Grant aims to fund eight media stories about crucial issues facing the country and its people. Selected projects will receive up to 1,500 Euros in funding alongside mentorship by our editorial advisory team which will provide professional expertise and advice.

លោក ប្រាក់ ចន្ធុល
Prak Chan Thul
លោក ប្រាក់ ចន្ធុល បានចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីពជាអ្នកកាសែតអោយ Leisure Cambodia បន្ទាប់ពីលោក បានបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសិល្បៈអង់គ្លេសក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០២។ ប្រហែលជាមួយឆ្នាំក្រោយ មកលោកបានទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍ពីមូលនិធិ Independent Journalism Foundation (IJF) ទៅសិក្សានៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកទៀតលោកក៏បានធ្វើ ជាអ្នករាយការណ៍អោយសារព័ត៌ មានរបស់អេស្បាញFEF មុននឹងលោកប្តូធ្វើការឱ្យទីភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មានចិន Xinhua។ បន្ទាប់ពី បានធ្វើការអោយ Xinhua អស់មួយរយៈពេលខ្លីមក នៅឆ្នាំ២០០៤លោកបានបន្តការងារជា អ្នកកាសែតក្នុងការរាយការណ៍នៅសាលាក្តី និងព័ត៌មានទូទៅហើយក៏ជានិពន្ធនាយក អោយកាសែត កូនកាត់ក្នុងស្រុក The Cambodia Daily មុនពេលលោកចាកចេញទៅធ្វើការជាមួយ Reuters ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១០ ។
Prak Chan Thul started his career as a journalist at Leisure Cambodia in 2002, right after graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in English. After about a year, he won a scholarship to study at Independent Journalism Foundation (IJF) in Phnom Penh and was later hired as a stringer for Spanish news wire EFE before moving on to work for Chinese news agency Xinhua. After a short stint at Xinhua, in 2004 the Siem Reap native joined The Cambodia Daily as a journalist covering courts and general news and as an assignment editor, before leaving to work with Reuters in 2010.

Kann Vicheika
កាន់ វិច្ឆិកា គឺជាអនុប្រធាននៃសម្ព័ន្ធអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានកម្ពុជា (CamboJA) ដែលជាសមាគមន៍ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានដែលទើបបង្កើតថ្មីក្នុងការតស៊ូមតិដើម្បីសេរីភាពសារព័ត៌មាន និងការពារ អ្នកសារ ព័ត៌មាន។ នាងក៏ធ្វើការជាអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានឯករាជ្យម្នាក់មានមូលដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដែល រាយការណ៍ទាក់ទង និងនយោបាយ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស យុត្តិធម៌សង្គម និងបញ្ហាសង្គម។ នាងធ្លាប់ជាអ្នកតម្រង់ទិសអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន នៅវិទ្យុសំឡេងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ the Voice for Democracy ផងដែរ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន វិច្ឆិកា គឺជាគ្រូបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៃ “Newsroom training” ដែលជាគម្រោងឆ្លាតវៃមួយដើម្បីជួយជំរុញការប្រើប្រាស់សេរីភាពក្នុងការបញ្ចេញមតិយោបល់លើប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ នាងបង្កើតការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលព័ត៌មាន និងមណ្ឌល ព័ត៌មានជាតិនេះឡើងដើម្បីផ្តល់បទពិសោធន៏ ដល់យុវជនក្នុងការផ្សាយសារព័ត៌មានដោយឯក រាជ្យ។ នាងក៏ជាគ្រូបណ្តុះបណ្តាល “ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងចំណេះដឹងអក្សរសាស្ត្រព័ត៌មាន” ជាមួយ DW ផងដែរ ។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត វិច្ឆិកា ក៏ជាសមាជិកដ៏សំខាន់ម្នាក់របស់ Politikoffee ដែលជាក្រុមយុវជនដែលមានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គមដែលចូលចិត្តជជែក វែកញែកអំពីនយោបាយសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
Kann Vicheika is a Vice President at Cambodian Journalists Alliance (CamboJA), a newly formed journalist association which advocates for press freedom and protection for journalists. She also works as a freelance journalist based in Phnom Penh and covers stories related to politics, human rights, social justices, and social issues. She was a citizen journalists’ mentor at the Voice for Democracy. Currently, Vicheika is a trainer of “Newsroom training”, a smart project aims to contribute to an improved environment for online freedom of expression in Cambodia. She establishes a training newsroom and national news outlet to give young people hands-on experience in publication of independent journalism. She is also a trainer “Media and information literacy” with DW academia. More than that, Vicheika is also a core member of Politikoffee, a group of young enthusiastic and social media-savvy Cambodians who love political, social and economics discussion and debate.
Robert Starkweather

Robert Starkweather was born and raised in Houston,Texas. He got his first newspaper job in the mailroom at Public News, an independently owned newsweekly, in 1990. He left seven years later as the Associate Publisher and moved to San Francisco, where he worked for the SFWeekly. After a year in the corporate media machine, Robert traveled to Southeast Asia for a year of adventure and enlightenment. He has lived ever since in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where he has worked for publications such as Phnom Penh Post, Advisor, Mekong Review, and The Cambodia Daily, among others.

Povleakhena Nov, Editor (Focus-Ready for tomorrow): Her expertise revolves around the digital news media sector for more than five years from being a multimedia reporter to a content manager. Leakhena got her master degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong, and a B.A. of media management at the Department of Media and Communication in Cambodia. She has an interest in audience development around Cambodian online media outlets and likes to follow the trends of digital journalism in her spare time.
Alastair McCready
Alastair McCready គឺជា និពន្ធនាយកនៅ Southeast Asia Globe ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅទីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ។ គាត់បានរស់នៅនិងធ្វើការនៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ និងកម្ពុជា ជាង៣ឆ្នាំ មកហើយ។ គាត់បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែកនយោបាយ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Manchester បន្ទាប់មកគាត់បានទទួលសញ្ញាប័ត្រអនុបណ្ឌិត ផ្នែកនយោបាយ អន្តរជាតិ នៅ សាលា School of African and Oriental Studies នៅទីក្រុងឡុង។
Alastair McCready is the Lead Editor at Phnom Penh-based magazine Southeast Asia Globe. He has lived and worked in Southeast Asia, both Thailand and Cambodia, for more than three years. He did his undergraduate degree in Politics and Economics at the University of Manchester, and then his Master’s in International Politics at the School of African and Oriental Studies in London.
